The SRAM GX Eagle Transmission Flattop Chain is engineered specifically for SRAM’s T-Type Transmission platform, delivering next-generation drivetrain performance for modern mountain bikes.

Designed with SRAM’s unique flat-top plate construction, this chain increases strength and durability while improving shifting accuracy under load. The redesigned internal roller and plate geometry are optimised for Transmission drivetrains, helping maintain consistent power transfer and reducing wear across cassette and chainring interfaces.

The GX Transmission chain is built to handle aggressive trail riding, enduro and high-torque eMTB applications, while maintaining smooth and reliable shifting across the full gear range.

SRAM’s T-Type chains feature redesigned dimensions including altered plate thickness and roller size compared to previous Eagle chains, improving drivetrain integration and helping prepare the platform for future drivetrain evolution.
